Ants, spiders, wasps

Insect Control

Residential and commercial insect control. Pavement ants, carpenter ants, spiders and wasps, stopped at a perimeter barrier before they get inside.

Chapter 01

Where the trail starts

A line of ants on a Brick kitchen counter almost never starts in the kitchen. Pavement ants work up from slab edges and walkway joints. Carpenter ants settle into wood that stays damp, such as sills, deck ledgers and window trim in a salt-air house. Spiders and wasps claim the eaves and soffits. Before anything gets sprayed, the first job is working out which of these you actually have.

We live where we work, so we know the moisture levels, soil types and seasonal shifts that cause pest surges from Bayville to Point Pleasant. Our approach is simple: we don't just spray, we investigate the root cause of your infestation. A fix that ignores why the insects came is only a short vacation for them.

Perimeter barrier, then the inside

The inspection walks the whole foundation line, looking for the nest, the entry points and the damp wood. Identification comes next, because carpenter ants and pavement ants need different treatments, and guessing wastes your money and a season. Once we know the species, we choose a targeted, eco-conscious treatment, with family and pet-friendly options when you need them.

A perimeter barrier treatment around the outside of the building stops insects before they reach your living space. That means the work happens at the foundation, siding and eaves first, then moves indoors only where the inspection says it should. We handle residential and commercial properties, from shore cottages to storefronts.

Chapter 03

Keeping the line

Treatment is step three of four. Step four is monitoring: scheduled follow-ups to make sure the insects stay gone, plus a detailed digital report after every visit so you can see what we found, where we treated and what we plan to check next. You aren't left guessing between appointments.

Some of the work is yours and easy: trim shrubs back off the siding, keep firewood and mulch away from the sill, and fix the damp wood that carpenter ants want. And if the pests return, so do we. Call or text (732) 829-3881 and we'll set up the inspection.
